We start with a free remote assessment (medical history, photos/reports). Your case is reviewed by the relevant specialist who prepares a tailored plan. Your quote clearly lists inclusions (procedure, surgeon & anesthesia fees, hospital/clinic costs, standard pre-op tests, medications, transfers) and exclusions (visa, flights, long-stay hotels, additional tests or procedures if medically indicated). You’ll receive a timeline and pre-op instructions before booking.

We accept bank transfer, major credit cards and cash (subject to local limits). A small deposit secures your surgery date; the balance is typically due after the pre-op evaluation. Cancellations or rescheduling are possible under our terms: deposits are fully refundable up to X days before the procedure and transferable to a new date thereafter. Official invoices are provided for every payment.
